Q: When do you take appointments?
A: I offer appointments 7 days a week and I am here to help you anyway I can.
Q: Will I lose my Booking fee if the weather does not cooperate for my outdoor session?
A: Never, All of my photography sessions are pre-paid with a Booking fee(retainer), but if Mother Nature forces you to move your appointment to another day, I simply apply the full booking fee amount toward the rescheduled session date.
Q: What service area do you cover?
A: I have a photography studio located in Albuquerque, NM, but we travel all over the state of New Mexico and beyond.
Q: “I am nervous, I’ve never done this before, can you help me?
A: I understand that you don't do this everyday, But I do, and I promise to put you at ease and make your time with me an enjoyable one. In fact, one of the comments I hear most from my customers is: “You know, it was really relaxing and we had a lot of fun” we didn’t think it would be this easy.
Q: Do you have a payment plan available?
A: I do have a payment plan available that allows the customer to make payment for their sessions in equal installments.
